Geotechnical exploration services during design and geotechnical consultation during construction for the NOAA Pacific Region Center (PRC) Ship Operations Facility located at Ford Island, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii.
Project included repair of the following:
Concrete piles, decks and approach trestles of existing Piers F-9 and F-10;
Design of four (4) mooring dolphins to be located off of the ends of Piers F-9 and F-10;
New fender piles; and
Renovation and repair of Building 184 to accommodate all proposed office, shop, and warehouse/storage functions, and other improvements.
